Slow Progress as Bargaining Continues

Bargaining continued over the past two days as the Company and the Union met, with the assistance of a federal mediator, to continue discussions on the next contract for Ralph’s pharmacists.

While no tentative agreements were reached, both sides exchanged proposals and continued working through key issues. These discussions are an important part of the process as each side works to better understand priorities and explore potential solutions.

The Company and Union had productive conversations around the challenges facing the pharmacy industry and their shared commitment to supporting pharmacists and the care they provide to our customers.

Next Steps
Bargaining is expected to continue, with additional sessions scheduled for May 11th and May 12th.
