Today, Ralphs shared with UFCW SoCal Locals its Comprehensive Offer to Settle your pharmacy contract. This is our strongest and most comprehensive proposal to date, and it is designed to reward your work, protect your family’s healthcare, and strengthen your future.

Key Highlights of the Comprehensive Offer to Settle
✓ Significant Wage Increases
Retro Pay effective 3/2/26: ONLYpays out on 1st vote ratification and no strike or workplace disruption by any local.

  • $0.50/hour premium increase for Department Heads, for a total premium of $1.50/hour
  • Wage progression increases, raising every step in the pharmacist scale

✓ NØ Healthcare Increases

  • Weekly premiums won’t change

✓ Strengthened Retirement

  • Continued company investment to legacy pension plan
  • New:an additional $0.25 per hour contribution to a newly formed Variable Annuity Pension Plan

✓ Improved Holiday Pay

  • Up to 12 hours of holiday payfor pharmacists working 12-hour shifts
