Ralphs and UFCW SoCal Locals Continue Contract Negotiations

Bargaining continued this week as the Company and the Union exchanged additional proposals and continued discussions on key issues related to a new contract for our pharmacists.

While no tentative agreements were reached this week, both sides remain actively engaged in the bargaining process and are working to better understand each other’s priorities and identify areas of common ground.

These ongoing discussions are a normal part of negotiations and reflect a shared commitment to reaching an agreement that supports our pharmacists, our patients, and the long-term success of our pharmacies.

Next Steps
Additional bargaining sessions are scheduled for June 30^th and July 1^st, and we remain committed to continuing these discussions in good faith.
