Pharmacists Ratify New Contract

Ralphs Pharmacists represented by UFCW Locals 135, 324 and 770 ratified a new two-year contract and pharmacists represented by Local 1167 ratified a new three-year contract. Pharmacists represented by Local 1442 voted against ratification.

This is great news. We believe the ratified offers represent a significant investment in our pharmacists with meaningful wage increases, low-cost high-quality healthcare and stable retirement benefits.

Thank you to everyone who voted in favor of these agreements. We are proud to reach agreements that are good for our pharmacists, patients and the long-term success of our stores.

Next Steps

• Local 1442 officials notified Ralphs that they will hold a second ratification vote in the coming days.
• All pharmacies represented by Local 1442 remain open; pharmacists should continue reporting to work as scheduled.
