During this week’s bargaining session, the Company and Union continued discussions as part of the ongoing negotiations process. While movement at the table was limited, both sides remain engaged and are preparing for the next scheduled sessions on April 23 and 24.
As part of normal bargaining dynamics, each party withdrew one proposal, reflecting continued refinement of priorities as negotiations progress. These types of adjustments are a standard part of the process as both sides work toward alignment.
The Company also heard directly from several pharmacists who shared perspectives on patient care, workload, and compensation. We recognize the importance of these perspectives and remain committed to listening and considering feedback as discussions continue.
It is our goal to reach an agreement that rewards our associates through meaningful investments in competitive wages, continued low-cost, high-quality healthcare, and a secure pension for retirement.
Next Steps
We look forward to continuing discussions during the upcoming sessions later this month and remain committed to working toward an agreement that supports our pharmacists and our customers.
