Ralphs and UFCW Continue Bargaining

This week, company and UFCW SoCal Locals returned to the bargaining table to continue discussions focused on reaching a fair and balanced agreement. Despite the positive discussions on potential contract language around healthcare and immigration, no agreements were reached this week.

Bargaining is a Process
Coming to an agreement takes time. These discussions are key to the bargaining process in which both sides share their ideas, ask questions, and work through the details step by step. It’s normal for progress to happen slowly as we talk through key proposals in search of common ground.

Next Steps
We appreciate your patience and commitment as we continue working toward a resolution that supports both our associates and the communities we serve. We remain committed to keeping you informed as negotiations continue.

The company and union are scheduled to meet again April 3 -4.
