On Thursday, Ralphs and UFCW SoCal Locals continued negotiations on new retail and pharmacy contracts for our Southern California associates, working toward an agreement that reflects your contributions and supports a strong future.

What You Should Know
The union shared a staffing presentation, and both parties had productive conversations about hours, scheduling, and how staffing impacts daily operations. While no formal staffing proposal was presented, these discussions help identify areas of agreement and move negotiations forward.

Additionally, the company and union continued discussions on pharmacy technician training and coverage for technician absences. We also discussed union leaves of absence.

Lo Que Debe Saber Sobre La Sesión De Negociación Del Jueves

El jueves, Ralphs y los Locales SoCal de UFCW continuaron las negociaciones sobre nuevos contratos minoristas y de farmacia para nuestros asociados del sur de California, buscando lograr un acuerdo que refleje sus contribuciones y respalde un futuro sólido.

Lo que debe saber
El sindicato compartió una presentación de dotación de personal, y ambas partes tuvieron conversaciones productivas sobre las horas, la programación y cómo la dotación de personal afecta las operaciones diarias. Si bien no se presentó una propuesta formal de dotación de personal, estas discusiones ayudan a identificar las áreas en las que hay acuerdo y a avanzar en las negociaciones.

Además, la compañía y el sindicato continuaron con las discusiones sobre la capacitación y cobertura de los técnicos farmacéuticos para las ausencias de los técnicos. También analizamos las licencias sindicalizadas.
