The company met again last week with UFCW SoCal Locals to continue bargaining for a new pharmacy contract.
Bargaining is a Process
The parties continued wage discussions and working to reach common ground by sharing ideas, asking questions, and communicating concerns on each other’s proposals.
It is important to note that our pharmacy associates receive a highly competitive total compensation package including market competitive wages, high-quality health care benefits and a pension when you retire.
Committed to Reaching an Agreement
We are committed to continuing to invest in wages and reaching an agreement that rewards our associates. Ralph’s must balance our investments in our pharmacy associates while keeping medicine affordable for customers and maintaining a sustainable pharmacy business.
The company has offered June 20, July 13, and July 22 as dates to continue bargaining. We will keep you up to date on negotiations with regular updates posted on your store communication board, FEED, www.RalphsCBA.com, and through your store leader. If you have any questions during this process, please talk to your store leader.
