Bargaining Set to Resume in May

Friday, the company and union concluded this week’s bargaining session without making additional progress. The day ended with the union presenting the company with petitions about staffing concerns and the company awaiting a union response to its initial wage proposal.

Bargaining Resumes in May

The company and the union are scheduled to resume negotiations May 12–14. We understand that a prolonged bargaining process can feel uncertain and stressful. While this break in the schedule is due to conflicts on both sides, Ralphs remains focused on reaching an agreement as quickly as possible.
